We unfortunately cannot accept monthly finance plans. We highly reccomened our customers to only purchase premium accessories when they obtain adequete affordablity.

We offer free returns within 14 days of the date of order, in any scenario of the watch being defect or damaged. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them. 

Once we receive your item, a refund or voucher is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account and we are happy to help in any way we can.

Orders are processed immediately upon placement. Allow up to two weeks for our expert production team to manually handcraft the timepiece with careful precision and quality. This is standard mandatory  procedure for all luxury custom watch retailers to ensure quality and precision. We pride ourselves on our custom work which is not done elsewhere.

Upon order, your watch will be worked on by our professional team using Swiss machinery and tools.
Upon production completion ranging from 1-2 weeks, they are then shipped to our offices in the United Kingdom or the United States and then from there carefully sealed, custom packaged, and delivered to you internationally using fast track express shipping.

We are open towards any Shia affiliated sponsors to acheive a mutual interest of establishing a strong confident Shia identity. We are the only Shia brand in the entire watchmaking industry, and we pride ourselves on our expertise and vision.
